The buyer may increase or decrease ordered quantity by up to 25% at contract placement and during currency at contracted rates. Delivery periods extend according to the formula, with a minimum extension of 30 days, ensuring supply continuity during variation.

Bidders must certify that hardware and software do not contain embedded malicious code that could disable functions, damage equipment, or exfiltrate data. Breach of certification may lead to contract termination and liability for damages.

The Data Sheet must be uploaded with the bid documents and must precisely reflect offered product specifications. Any mismatch between data sheet and actual parameters can lead to bid rejection during technical evaluation.

Brand/OEM authorization and supply capability details may be required if the tender specifies OEM-specific products. Vendors should provide authentic brand ownership documentation and supply agreements to meet procurement standards.

Delivery terms follow the buyer’s delivery schedule, with the original delivery period and extended period rules described in the generic option clause. The minimum extension is 30 days, and delivery is calculated on the last order date.
