Bid submission requires EMD ₹54,590 via Demand Draft payable to COMMANDER WORKS ENGINEERS, Chennai. Scan/upload proof with bid and send the hardcopy within 5 days of bid end/opening date. Delivery terms depend on last order date due to the 25% quantity option clause.

The purchaser may increase/decrease quantity up to 25% at contract, with delivery time calculated as (additional quantity/ original quantity) × original delivery period, minimum 30 days. If original period is shorter than 30 days, use original period; extension can go up to the original delivery period while the option is exercised.

Post-receipt inspection occurs at the consignee location. Pre-dispatch inspection is not automatically required unless ATC specifies, in which case the nominated inspection agency conducts assessment prior to dispatch.

Bidder must demonstrate adequate turnover over the last three financial years, supported by audited balance sheets or CA/CMA certificate.
