Tender Notice for Procurement Services in BHADRADRI KOTHAGUDEM, TELANGANA

1. The Contractor has to arrange required T&P and consumables. 2. After completion of the job, the material should be dispatched after inspection of TG-GENCO Engineers. 3. The Firm shall provide suitable accommodation for the inspection team during the inspection visit and shall also arrange transportation from the place of stay to the workshop and back during the visits. 4. The work should be commenced and completed within 30 days from the issue of purchase order/LOI/PLOI whichever is earlier 5. TGGENCO shall not be responsible for any consequences of accidents involving the labor employed by the contractor. The contractor must provide adequate insurance coverage for all labourers. 6. If there is any loss or damage to TGGENCO property due to negligence of the labor employed by the contractor, the contractor shall compensate for the loss as assessed by the Divisional Engineer/CAM/KTPS-V. 7. The contract can be terminated at a short notice of 24 hours by the Chief Engineer (O&M), KTPS-V & VI Stages, if the work carried out by the contractor is found unsatisfactory. 8. In case of delay in execution or completion of work, a suitable penalty will be levied, as per contract terms. 9. Security Deposit: The successful tenderer has to pay, in addition to the E.M.D the balance amount of total up to 5% of the value of contract as security deposit by way of demand draft drawn in favour of S.A.O/O&M /KTPS-V&VI Stages by way of demand draft payable at S.B.I/ Paloncha Branch. The security deposit amount will be released after completion of Guarantee period. 10. 0.01% of the amount shall be deducted from the works bills, as contribution towards Telangana Green Fund (TGF) which is not reimbursable and no provision shall be made in the estimates vide T.G.O.O No.86/CE/C/Thermal/2025,Dt:01.09.2025 11. TGGENCO is no way responsible for any untoward incidents occurred to the labour while carrying out the work due to not following the normal procedures that should be adopted. 12. The Contractor must capable to arrange the payments (Wages) as per labour rates without awaiting payments/bills from the TGGENCO. 13. The Contractor shall take the responsibility for engage and disengage of the labour. 14. The Contractor will able to provide personal safety appliance for labour. The TGGENCO is not responsible for any accidents to the labour engaged by the contractor during the course of work. 15. All the safety precautions shall be taken by CONTRACTOR and shall provide necessary safety aids to all its employees as per standard safety code of practice. 16. The CONTRACTOR shall not cause any damage to the plant and equipment of KTPS and to the roads and colony etc. In case any damage is caused to the property of KTPS, the CONTRACTOR shall indemnify for all such damages or losses or the same will be recovered from the bill. 17. The contractor should obtain Insurance for all the personal deployed during the entire period of execution of work. Any expenditure towards the above is to contractor’s accounts only. 18. During execution of the work, if any life risk (or) fatal accidents occurs, TGGENCO will not be responsible any kind of accidents for your labour supplied and it is purely the contractor's responsibility. 19. The Contractor able to arrange labour payments without depending quantity of work done because the billing or payment made based on work done not for labour supply 20. WELFARE & SAFETY: a. The contractor has to observe all the safety measures for the workers engaged and necessary precautionary measures must be taken, in order to avoid accidents, while carrying out the work entrusted, duly insisting the workers to use safety appliances. B. Contractor is responsible for all the accidents and the consequences due to any accidents that take place inside or outside the premises to their workers. The TGGENCO Ltd., will pay no compensation if any, accidents occur to his workers while carrying out the work. Insurance against all types of risk for the contractors workers during the period of execution of the work will have to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost before commencement of work. 21.The Contractor will able to provide personal safety appliance for labour. The TGGENCO is not responsible for any accidents to the labour engaged by the contractor during the course of work 22.The contractor should ensure the safety of the workers by providing them with the necessary safety equipment like safety shoes , helmets etc If there is any loss to the TGGENCO’s property due to negligence of the workers employed by the contractor, the contractor has to restore the losses as assessed by the DE/EM&MRT/KTPS-V Stage
