Indian Air Force Vehicle Hiring Service for SUV/MUV in High Altitude Areas 2026 – MoD Tender

Bidders must submit GST, PAN, experience certificates, financial statements, EMD ₹35,875, and technical bids with OEM authorizations. Provide proof of local office, fleet details, yellow plate registrations, driver licenses, and insurance. Ensure compliance with ATC terms and ensure timely dispatch within 30 minutes of intimation.

Eligibility requires a local office in the consignee state, dedicated support contacts, fleet registration with RTO yellow plates, drivers with valid licenses, vehicles ≤5 years old, and insurance coverage. Submission of mandatory documents plus certificates as per ATC is mandatory for bid validity.

Required documents include GST registration, PAN, experience certificates for vehicle hiring, financial statements, EMD receipt, technical bid, OEM authorizations if applicable, proof of local office, vehicle registrations, driver licenses, and insurance policies. Upload all certificates with the bid as per ATC.

Vehicles must be provided within 30 minutes after intimation. The contract covers multiple distance/time profiles: 36 Kms x 24Hrs, 500 Kms x 48 Hrs, 270 Kms x 12 Hrs, and 160 Kms x 12 Hrs. Dispatch must be reliable for outstation/high altitude routes.

Seller must prove insurer notice of government interest; seller indemnifies government against claims for accidents or vehicle/dri ver damage; government does not compensate for driver-related incidents; police and Court of Inquiry decisions are binding.

The contract allows up to 50% adjustment in quantity or duration before award and after award. Bidders must accept revised quantities/durations if issued by the buyer, with subsequent adjustments reflected in the contract.

Vehicles must have RTO yellow plates, be not older than 5 years, carry valid registration and insurance, and drivers must hold valid driving licenses. Compliance with ATC and mandatory certificates is validated during bid evaluation.

Extra expenditure arising from risk and expense is recoverable either from bidder payments due or from the Performance Guarantee, ensuring government budgeting safeguards during contract execution.
