Eligibility Criteria

1

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

2

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

List of Employees details shall be enclosed, Employees should be of age 18 years and above

Evaluation of Technical bid for qualification will be done based on the information provided by the bidder as per his documents, duly verified if necessitates

The Selection Process is Based on Quality Cost Based Selection (QCBS)

The intending bidder should enclose a work done certificate from competent Authority not below the rank of Executive Engineer

Joint tenders are not accepted. Sub-leasing or G.P.A. of work is prohibited

Bidders/Tenderers should follow up and abide by the circular and memo issued by head office periodically

Undersign Reserves the right of rejecting all or any tenders without assigning any reasons

The requisite Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) through ONLINE only. EMD Should is valid for 45 days beyond the validity of tender

The tender processing fee shall not be refundable

The tenderer should furnish the Formats filled and signed by the competent authority as mentioned in the Bid document

The intending bidder should not be blacklisted or under any fraud charges cases as declared by Government of Karnataka

As per GO LD/300/L.E.T/2006 Dt: 18.01.07, 1% of bill amount will be held towards labor Welfare Cess

The successful bidder should execute work agreement within 20 days from the date of issue of Letter of Acceptance, failing which his tender will be cancelled & EMD will be forfeited

All safety precautions, warning signs, night illumination, reflectors, deployment of security guards has to be ensured so that no untoward incident happens on account of negligence or any project activity

18

All precautions should be taken by the bidder so that there are no damages to such public/ private properties

19

Bidder should follow strictly the prevailing rules of labour act while executing the work

20

Conditional tenders will not be accepted

21

The tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs

The employer is not responsible for any delay in accessing e Procurement Portal

23

Corrigendum will be published in the web site for all modifications/corrections, if any

24

Security Deposit will is withheld till the work completion certificate issued

25

Rates quoted by the bidder should be exclusive of GST & applicable GST will be paid separately

26

GST-TDS will be deducted as per the prevailing Govt. Orders from time to time

27

The Successful bidder should abide by the Rules and Regulations of the Tender and in any case if he is seen violating such Rules and Regulations, Agreement with such a bidder would be terminated

28
