3 Bed hard Bed hard. All Steel member shall be 18 Gauge MS pipe. The frame of head board and foot board shall be of 38mm MS square pipe.18mm MS square pipe shall be provided in the inner of head/foot board frame as shown in drg. 18mm thick both side prelaminated MDF board of walnut shade with 4mm thick teakwood beading shall be screwed to MS strip arc welded with 18mm thick square pipe with standard workmanship both in head/foot board. One stiffener of size 25mmx25mm shall be welded between the two legs of head board over 150mm from the ground level. The top of bed hard shall be of 12mm thick BWR grade plywood of approved make fixed over the four equidistant stiffener of size 25mmx25mm SQ MS pipe in line with bottom of 25x65mm long rail section. PVC shoes shall be provided to legs of bed. All steel members shall be finshed with two coats of synthetic enamel paint upto obtaining glossy finishing over a coat of redoxide primer with sray gun after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper in black colour. 4 Chair dining Officers Chair dining Officers. All wood shall seasoned first class teak wood free from knots and defects.Hard Nylon buffers shall be fixed at the bottom of legs with brass screws Seat made of 12mmm thick BWR grade plywood over which 40 density foam 75mm thick shall be provided duly covered with best quality tapestry cloth as approved by GE. 50 x 50 x 20 mm and 3mm thick SS right angle bracket between leg and rails fixed with steel screws 8 nos in one chair.All wooden surface shall be french polished with glossy finish, shade as approved by GE.Rest all as specified/ shown in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All wood shall seasoned first class teak wood free from knots and defects hard nylon buffers shall be fixed at the bottom of legs with brass screws Seat and Back shall be made by 12mm thick BWR grade plywood over which 40 density foam 75mm thick shall be provided duly covered with best quality tapestry cloth as approved by GE. All exposed wooden surface shall be finished with french polish in light walnut shade or as approved by GE. 6 Charpoy with hard top Charpoy with hard top. Long and short rails of bed shall be 65 x 25 mm 16 gauge rectangle MS pipe.Stifners shall be 25 mm 16 gauge square MS pipe. Legs shall be 32 mm 16 gauge square MS pipe and welded properly at joints to make the charpoy. 25 x 60 x 6 mm cleats be welded with short rails inner side to support the plywood. 12 mm thick ply wood BWR type unpolished shall be provided to the top of charpoy screwed with cleat and stiffners by nut and washers. All steel members shall be finshed with two coats of synthetic enamel paint upto obtaining glossy finishing over a coat of redoxide primer with sray gun after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper in black colour. 7 Side Board Side Board. Body of the side board, shelves, drawers, shutters shall be made of 18 mm thick exterior grade MDF board both side laminated in light Wallnut shade or as approved by GE. Back of side board shall be 12 mm thick plywood. Sides, back and Bottom of drawers shall be of 18 mm thick MDF board bothside laminated in white colour. Top drawer shall be given 5 comportment in equidistant space in front portion and one comportment in remaining portion. 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided to all edges of MDF board. SS handle and SS knobs as approved by GE shall be provided for shutter and drawers. Drawers shall be supported with telescopic channel for smooth functioning. 75 mm high skirting shall be provided by 19 mm thick teak wood as shown in drawing. 8 Table Bed Side Table Bed Side. Top, sides and front shall be 18mm thick exterior grade MDF board one side laminated, as approved by GE, duly covered with 4mm thick half round teak wood beading in matching shade with synthetic adhesive (Fevicol SH). Both drawer shall be 12mm thick BWR grade plywood and shall be supported with telescopic channel for smooth functioning. 10 Table Dressing Ladies Including Stool Table Dressing Ladies Including Stool. The body of table and stool shall be 18m thick exterior grade pre-laminated MDF board one side laminated in light Wallnut shade or as approved by GE, duly covered with 4 mm thick teak wood beading in matching shade with synthetic adhesive(Fevicol SH). Drawers shall be supported with telescopic ball bearing channel for smooth functioning. Shutter shallbe fixed with SS piano hinges and magnetic catcher. Mirror frame shall be first class teak wood free from knots and defects. All timber work shall be first class seasoned teak wood free from knots/defects. Cushion for seat and back shall be of 100mm thick 40 density duly covered with fabric/tapestry cloth composition of 65 percentage polyester and 35 percentage cotton or as approved by GE and make of cushion shall be kurlon/sleepwell. All the wooden joints shall be fixed with bamboo pins and nails shall not be used. All exposed wooden surface shall be finished with Deco polish in light walnut shade or as approved by GE.
