General Particulars

Bidder's average annual turnover during the F.Y. 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 shall not be less than 5.0 crore. Annual turnover certificate and Profit/loss statement duly certified by a Practicing Chartered Accountant with UDIN to be submitted in proof.

Copy of PAN & GST registration to be furnished.

Declaration of valid Purity certificate of Liquid Nitrogen (LN2) Gas of 99.99% purity for conforming to specification of IS 1747:2023 to be submitted

Legal status of bidder (Proprietorship / Partnership / Pvt Ltd /Any other) to be submitted in support of proof.

Scanned copy of documents in support of the Certificate of Incorporation & Date of commencement of Business of the firm to be submitted.

Affidavit on Rs 1000.00 Non-judicial stamp paper in support that the bidder has not been debarred/ blacklisted by any of the customers across the country.

Bidder has to submit proof of ownership of tanker as per the terms and conditions of tender for supply of LN2 gas through Cryogenic tankers on Ex-works basis to Govt / Cooperatives / Public Enterprises.

Bidder has to submit proof of successfully supplying minimum 250 Tones of LN2 gas through Cryogenic tanker on Ex-works basis with any Govt / Cooperatives / Public Enterprises in F.Y. 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26(submit scanned copies of Pos with tax invoice / Supply certificate / completion certificate or satisfactory performance evidence).

Bidder has to submit CCoE license with valid PESO certification for transport of minimum 02 LN2 tankers of capacity 6000 Liters or above.

Bidder has to mention the distance from COMFED (Patna) to their Plant using the website http://ewaybillgst.gov.in or p2pdistance.aspx (attach screenshot of the same)
