Terms and Conditions and Eligibility criteria for opening the Price Bid: The participating bidders should upload the following documents, on line for satisfying the eligibility conditions mentioned therein. DOCUMENTS TO BE UPLOADED 1. Registration certificate of K2 Class V (civil) and above as per GO.MS.No.178, I&CAD, dated 27.08.1977 read with GO MS.No.22, dated 6.2.1998 OR K2 class V (civil) and above as per GO MS No.132, T R&B, dated 11.8.1998 OR K2 Class V (civil) as per GO MS No.94, Dated 1.7.2003. The Contractor or his identified sub-contractor should possess required valid registration certificate for executing water supply & sanitary Engg works and should furnish the consent letter of the Sub-Contractor to execute this work. PH Engg Class III 2. The payment of transaction fee i.e., 0.03% of E.C.V plus 15% service tax) in favour of M/s APTS, Hyderabad, the participating Bidders through the electronic payment Gateway to the service provider is made mandatory as per GO Ms No 13 information technology & communication department, e-procurement dated 05-07-2006 & GO Ms No 11 IT & C department dated 5-5-2007. 3. To pay1% EMD in the shape of single Demand Draft only for _issued by any Nationalized Bank/Scheduled Commercial bank in favour of PAO (Works & Projects), Hyderabad to be valid for 6 months from the date of NIT along with bid and the balance EMD @ 1.5% (i.e. @ 2.5% of T C V/E C V whichever is higher minus EMD furnished with tender) at the time of concluding the agreement by the successful Tenderer. 4. The tenderer should furnish Additional EMD is Payable in case of quoting less, by more than 25% of ECV at the time of preparingthe Agreement in the shape of single DD. 5. Copy of PAN card and latest IT returns. 6. The copy of Value Added Tax (VAT) registration issued by the commercial tax department 7. 8. Information regarding any litigation, with Government, in which the Tenderer is involved in (Statement - VII) 9. The tenderers shall be required to upload a declaration in online stating that the soft copies uploaded by them are genuine. Any incorrectness / deviations noticed will be viewed seriously and apart from canceling the work duly forfeiting the EMD, Criminal action will be initiated including suspension of business. 10. The tenders will be opened online by the Executive Engineer(R&B), South Buildings Division Hyderabad or his nominee at his office in the presence of tenderers / or their authorized representatives, on the date mentioned above. 11. If there is a tie between same contractors in the tender, for 3 consecutive times, the contractor will be debarred from participating in tender up to a period of 3 months. 12. All the above mentioned works are time bound. If delayed, penalty will be imposed duly forfeiting the EMD besides black listing their name and the first lowest agency has to enter in to agreement with in seven days from the date of acceptance of tender failing which the tender will be rejected and EMD will be forfeited. 13. All the payments to the contractors bills are subject to availability of grant from the Government. 14. The Executive Engineer(R&B), South Buildings Division, Hyderabad reserves the right to reject/ cancel any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof. 15. The lowest bidder will be announced on tender opening day if self, i.e, Immediately after the completion of tender process, the bidder has to submit the balance EMD if any and enter in to Agreement within 5 days without waiting for any work order. Since the work order are being returned by the Post authorities stating that “Not claimed” otherwise the tender will be cancelled duly fore forfeiting the EMD.14. The Executive Engineer(R&B), South Buildings Division, Hyderabad reserves the right to reject/ cancel any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The price-bids of such tenderers, who are determined to have complied with the above eligibility criteria, will only be opened.
