If the bidder is a Manufacturer, the bidder shall furnish copy of registration certificate or any equivalent certificate to establish its credentials as manufacturer of the offered Bearings.

If the bidder is an Authorized Distributor / Channel Partner / Dealer, the bidder shall furnish a valid authorization letter / certificate from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of SKF / Schaeffler / TIMKEN / NTN / NBC make for the offered Bearings.

If the bidder is a Supplier, the bidder shall furnish an authorization letter / certificate from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the offered Bearings, duly incorporating the subject tender notice details in the said authorization letter.

If fails to furnish OEM authorization, the bid may be considered, if the bidder is a regular supplier to TGGENCO / Govt Org / PSU, subject to submission of recently issued / executed Orders or Performance Certificate within the last five F.Y, i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26, related to supply of Bearings for Ash Handling System / Power Plant equipment of the offered make. However, TGGENCO discretion.

If submits the authorization from OEM, shall also submit copies of recently issued / executed Orders or Performance Certificate issued within the last five F.Y., i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26, for supply of Bearings suitable for use in Ash Handling System / Power Plant equipment to Power Utilities/Govt. Organizations /Public Sector Undertakings/reputed private Organizations

Technical specifications / product catalogue / brochures / datasheets pertaining to the offered Bearings, along with relevant technical particulars such as make, model, bearing number, bearing type, dimensional details and suitability for the intended application, if any, shall be furnished.

All relevant Bid Schedules, duly filled in, signed & stamped, along with supporting documentation. If schedules are not uploaded, it will be construed that the bidder complies fully with tender specification and accepted TGGENCO terms & conditions.

Other terms: i)TGGENCO reserves the right to accept or reject the offer of the bidder who quotes the payment terms other than TGGENCO's standard payment terms. ii)If any irregularities or lapses observed in previous tenders/supplies to TGGENCO or if the tenderer/bidder was blacklisted for any of the reason in TGGENCO/any other Govt. organizations, TGGENCO will reject the tender of such tenderer at any stage and it solely depends on TGGENCO's discretion. iii)Conditional offers will not be accepted and liable for rejection. iv)The genuineness of the authorization certificate and executed orders/performance certificates shall be verified directly from the concerned issuing authority/ offices, if needed. v)Prices shall be quoted taking into consideration of unloading of material at YTPS Site/stores. vi)If any bidder fails to upload previous orders by oversight, the bid shall be considered as a special case if the bidder is a regular supplier to TGGENCO, subject to the satisfactory performance of executed POs and it shall be at the sole discretion of TGGENCO. All other terms and conditions are as per the tender document.
