Copies of previous purchase order executed by the firm for subject material during last five years. Purchase orders with all pages, PO date and signatures of the issuing authority will only be considered

List of items quoted on the firm/company letter head duly SIGNED, SEALED and SCANNED along with acceptance of TGGENCO PAYMENT TERMS

List of Six digit HSN Codes for quoted material

All the bid schedules A to F duly filled and signed with seal as indicated in the tender specification
