The prospective bidder should have past experience in supply of same/similar material in any two years during the last 05 Years (2021-22, 22-23, 23-24, 24-25, 25-26) (Details of last supplies made by the Company of similar material clearly showing the name of the firm, PO date, PO Value, invoice copies,. Performance certificates from the customers shall be enclosed)

All the bid schedules A to F duly filled and signed

The material shall be guaranteed for satisfactory performance against any manufacturing defects / faulty workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of utilization or 36 months from the date of supply, whichever is earlier.

The successful bidder must supply the material as per Indented specifications and suitable for one to one replacement of existing ABB Motor of frame model M2BA315MLA4.

The supplier shall submit interchangeability certificate during supply of material.
