Invitation to Bid - Procurement Services in TELANGANA

1. The bidder must be manufacturer having MSME/Udyam certification & must submit with bid document- ISO 9001 certification , ISO 45001: 2018, CE certificate, & company Pan, GST certificate & current returns, MSME certificate, Copy of Cancelled Cheque. COMPANY REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE,

2. The company's total average turnover should be at least 5 crores in the last 3 years.

3. Income Tax Return for the last three financial years.

4. Machinery required for related work should be self-owned.

5. The bank solvency of the organization / company should be at least 1 crores

6. Upload certificates or work orders for similar nature of work (e.g., procurement/supply of machinery for solid waste processing) from public or private sectors

7. Terms and Conditions Approval Certificate (Annexure A)

8. The net worth of the organization / company should not be less than 1 cores. C.A. The certificate will be required to be submitted.

9. A Non-blacklist Certificate, accompanied by a Rs 500 stamp and a Notary Stamp is mandatory for this bid. Failure to include this certificate will result in the bid being considered invalid.

10. Receipt of online payment of earnest money.

11. The bidder must clearly declare that the brand name, logo, and trademarks used for the supplied equipment/products are legally owned by them or used with the valid authorization from the trademark owner. (upload Trademark registration certificate)
