Submit GST certificate, PAN, 3-year govt/PSU experience contracts, last 3 years financial statements, EMD proof of ₹1,37,100, technical bid for IS 299 (Q3) alumino-ferric, and OEM authorizations if applicable.

Material must conform to IS 299 (Q3) for Alumino-Ferric (V2); include Material Test Certificate from accredited lab and ensure grade, form, packing and marking meet tender specifications.

The earnest money deposit required is ₹1,37,100; payment must be submitted as specified in tender terms and accompanied by bid documents.

Delivery starts after order issuance; option clause allows up to 25% quantity increase during contract, with extended delivery period calculated as (increased/original) × original period, minimum 30 days.

A performance security of 3% of the total contract value per Purchase Order is required, under GeM GTC terms, to be submitted before supply begins.

Provide evidence of at least 3 years’ govt/PSU supply contracts for similar products, along with contract copies per year, plus OEM authorizations and financials to demonstrate capability.

Scope is limited to the supply of goods; packing material will be original to the supplier and not returned; net weight counts, standardized packing, no non-standard weights accepted.
