Contract Bidding Open For Procurement of Sandalwood Oil in KARNATAKA

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders. 

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The company shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

The tenderer should invariably have to submit prescribed quantities of sandalwood oil samples i.e. 50gm, 2Nos. in suitable packing duly seal along with test report MSDS/COA. The said samples should be submitted irrespective of the tenderer being existing supplier/previous suppliers / new tenderer etc. without fail to KS&DL Bengaluru from the date of releasing tender till 4:00PM of last date of sample submission. The technical bid is liable for rejection in case of non-submission of samples, within the prescribed date and time. Only one sample will be tested at KS&DL, Bengaluru and the Lab report should conform to the specification given. If the tested sample result is negative, the bid shall be rejected. The other sample will be preserved at KS&DL, Bangalore. Decision on lab report given by KS&DL is final and binding on the bidders and no further legal action shall lie on the same. Declaration to be filled as per Appendix - I if not the bid will be rejected
