The bidder should offer only the products of such OEM having not less than 19Percent market share in Commercial Segment of personal Computers Desktop, Notebooks and Workstations shipment to India for the 3 quarters out of past 6 quarters 1Q 2023, 2Q 2023, 3Q 2023 4Q 2023, 1Q 2024 and 2Q 2024 as per IDC Reports.
The letters substantiating performance from at least three other purchasers, to whom, the similar Desktop Computers /Laptops or laptops. Copier Machines supplied by the bidder in last three years, and performance of the Desktop Computers /Laptops and laptops, Copier Machines, Scanners are satisfactory
The Tenderer should furnish GST Registration Certificate
Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.
