Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka
It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
The Vehicles to be provided should have comprehensive insurance at the cost of the transport contractor and with a valid Taxi permit (yellow Board)
Hiring period of the vehicle is approximately between the period from between 1st July-2026 to 31st March-2027
The vehicles are expected to be used for 100 kms per day or more depends on work and 2500 km. per month. In case the usage is less than 100 Kms on any day, such short usage will be carried forward and adjusted against usage exceeding 100 Kms on any other day i.e the monthly contractual usage of 2500kms will reckoned by aggregating the number of kms used for the month irrespective of whether the vehicle has less or more than 100 kms per day. Hire charges of vehicle are inclusive of fuel, Crew, Maintenance repairs Insurance charges Drivers Cost, Drivers bhatta, etc.
The Vehicle to be provided should be in perfect condition and should not be more than 10 years old.
The vehicle should be provided for a month including all holidays for all months whenever required.
The vehicle should be provided for a period of 10 hours per day or more depends on work.
Financial proposals are inclusive of Accidental risk and if any accidents or incident cases happens to public/vehicle losses shall be paid by renderer. The agency/person shall ensure that the vehicle insurance & Road Tax payers should be in order and paid up to date.
The Driver of the vehicle should posses the valid driving License & he should not be alcoholic & driver shall come neatly with shoes & uniforms.
This is a Govt Office Duty & not responsible any vehicle loan & other maintenance charges.
For AC Vehicle Monthly 2500 KM or 300 Hours Rs.40,000 is applicable. After 2500 KM Every 1 Km Rs 12.00 After 300 Hours Every 1 Hour Rs.150.00 is applicable.
All expenses including the cost of fuel, maintenance, Bata and salary of the driver shall be born by the transport operators and Department is not liable to pay any charges in this regard.
The agency shall provide the required number of vehicles on each day. The agency has to arrange for alternate vehicle in case the vehicle breaks down & cannot be repaired immediately in case of failure to do so, the company will be at liberty to engage vehicles from any other agency and the additional cost if any will be charged to the agency and recovered from their monthly bills.
The logging of Kms and reporting/closing time will be reckoned from the actual time of reporting and relieving.
Corrigendum / Addendum will be published in the E-Procurement website for all modifications / Corrections if any.
If any of the dates mentioned above happens to be a General Holiday, the next working day will hold good.
Conditional tenders are liable to be rejected. The officer competent to accept the tenders shall have the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
Any bidder who is otherwise technically qualified withdraws from the bidding process at any stage before a final decision is taken on the tender, the EMD of such bidder shall be forfeited.
Arrangements for the payments of the work will be made as per the available grants.
The contract will be upto 31st March 2027 from the date of issue of order Department reserves the right to extend the contract at its discretion on completion of financial year, subject to mutual consent on rate then prevailing. The contract can however be terminated for unsatisfactory performance before the expiry of contract period by giving notice of 7 days.
The successful applicant has to execute an agreement with the Executive Engineer incorporating of these terms & conditions.
The officer competent to accept the tender shall have the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.

Within 7 days of receipt of the Letter of Acceptance, the successful Tenderer shall deliver to the Employer a Security deposit in the forms given below for an amount equivalent to 5% of the Contract price for all works Demand draft of Nationalized/Scheduled Bank in favour of Administrator, CADA, T.B.P payable at Munirabad. Failure of the successful Tenderer to comply with the requirements of Sub-Clause (c) shall constitute sufficient grounds for cancellation of the award and forfeiture of the earnest money deposit.
The aspiring bidders who have not previously obtained the user ID and Password for participating in e-tendering may now obtain the same by requesting the e-governance office, M.S. Building. Bangalore during office hours.
After opening of the bid of single cover, who satisfies the technical and financial bid conditions, If the L1 bidder does not produce the original documents for the same then the bid will be treated as non-responsive bid as per clause-26(4) of the KTPP rules. Then the names of such bidders will be removed from the selected list of CADA enrollment and the EMD of such bidder shall be forfeited.
If any of the dates mentioned above happened to be a general holiday, the next working day holds good for the process.

The intending bidders should note that, if any of the vehicles either in part/parts or in whole required to be repaired. It is the responsibility of the bidder to repair/replace vehicle on his own risk and cost.
The contractor / authorized signatory should attach his/her scanned signature on Letter pad.
