Procurement Opportunity: Tenders for Providing services of 14 nos of 3 plus 1 seater Sedan class AC Cars of 2023 or latest model in KARNATAKA

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidders shall quote their rates exclusive of GST only in Rs./Km per one vehicle

GST charges are applicable as per the reverse charge mechanism and payable by service receiver

The bidder should quote the rate/km for the vehicle, including Sundays and holidays. Including driver salary, PF, ESI, IT (exclusive of GST), road tax, comprehensive insurance, registration, FC, spares, repair/maintenance cost, GPS charges, and any other statutory and other charges.

A vehicle hired on monthly hire basis may be used for outstation trip for official purposes. Driver Bata and night halt charges for an outstation trip will be paid accordingly

The rate per km beyond monthly 2500 km is fixed at 50 percent of the quoted rate/km

Rate per hour beyond monthly 300 hrs duty Fixed at Rs.150/- per hour (not for out-of-station duty vehicles)

Driver Bata and Night Halt charges for outstation trip Fixed at Rs. 500/- per day (per Vehicle)

The daily trip details in km and the starting of the trip shall be from the residence of the designated officer or from HO as applicable. The ending of the trip shall be recorded by the designated officer along with the total KM for the trip.

The successful bidder should provide cabs fitted with GPS and shall furnish a monthly km-covered GPS report to KPCL as and when requested.

Airport parking charges, Highway toll and parking fee may be paid on actuals on production of bills for out-of-station official trips

The Tenderer with the lowest Total Evaluated Cost per Month (Rs. per Km x Monthly Fixed Km x No. of vehicles) shall be the Lowest Tenderer (L1)
