Note for above items. i) The supply of Fe 500D TMT bars conforming to IS 1786 (latest) shall be fromM/s SAIL, IISCO, RINL, TATA Steel and JINDAL from their own plants rolled from virgin material only.ii) Reinforcement steel bars from rerollers of the above manufacturers will not be accepted iii) No extra payment shall be made on account of rolling margin and wastage iv) Contractor shall supply copies of the documentary evidence of purchase of steel, test certificates from these manufacturers (steel either directly purchased or through their dealers)and also tests from third party, if required, to be arranged at no extra cost.v) Welding weights, weight of binding wires etc. shall not be measured for payment but the cost of the same shall be deemed to have been included in the quoted rate.vi) Chairs and spacers provided will not be paid extra.vii) Preparation of bar bending schedule for reinforcement in all types of RCC structures will be prepared by the Contractor and submitted to UCIL for approval.

Providing and fixing of Hollow metal double or single leaf doors confirming to IS16074 and IS 4351 made of pressed galvanized steel confirming to IS 277 with the following specification. Doors shall be of reputed make, with vision glass as a part of complete assembly. Door frame shall be single rebate profile of size 125 x 60 mm made out of 1.2mm (18gauge) minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be mitered and field assembled with selftabs. Bolted and butted joints are not acceptable. All provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware.Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Door leaf shall be 46mm thick fully flush double skin door, with or without vision lite. Door leaf shall be manufactured from minimum 0.8mm (22guage) thick galvanised steel sheet.The internal construction of the door should be rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The infill material shall be resin bonded honeycomb core. The edges should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4 mm.
