Invitation to Bid - Procurement Services in BHADRADRI KOTHAGUDEM, TELANGANA

1.Tools and equipments like chain blocks, ropes, grinding machine, spanners, hydraulic jacks and welding machines is under contractor scope. 2.Oxygen for the work will be arranged by TGGENCO 3.The contractor should arrange EPF @ 13% for the labor engaged and GIS @ 3.25% for the labor. 4.Spares and other consumables such as welding electrodes, bolts will be given by TGGENCO. 5.The contractor has to arrange his own transportation from Stores to Site 6.The contractor has to arrange his own transportation to draw the required material for the above work from stores. 7.The contractor has to arrange his own transportation to devolute the scrap removed from the above 8.Tools and equipments like chain blocks, ropes, grinding machine, spanners, hydrualic jacks and welding machines is under contractor scope 9.The contractor has to provide safety shoes, Helmets etc., to the labour engaged to do the work. 10.The work should be carried out strictly as per specification and instructions of TG GENCO Engineers and Up to their satisfaction and the work should be completed within prescribed time. 11.The work shall be completed within the overhaul period of Unit-10 during the year 2026-27 12.The Contractor has to provide necessary safety equipment to the workers and employ skilled workers. 13.The bidder should possess PAN card, EPF Account Number, ESI Registration Number and GST Registration Number.) The contractor should be registered under the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970 and possess a valid labour license from the Labour Department for deploying the workers on the work. 14.M/s. TGGENCO is not responsible to the accidents if any to the labor engaged to this work. 15.Any loss or damage to M/s. TGGENCO properties due to negligence of contractor should be borne by the contractor. 16.Security Deposit: The successful tenderer has to pay, in addition to the E.M.D the balance amount of total up to 5% of the value of contract as security deposit by way of demand draft drawn in favour of S.A.O/O&M /KTPS-V&VI Stages by way of demand draft payable at S.B.I/ Paloncha Branch. The security deposit amount will be released after completion of Guarantee period. 17.All safety precautions are to be taken by the contractor for the safety of the personnel involved in the work 18.TGGENCO is no way responsible for any untoward incidents occurred to the labour while carrying out the work due to not following the normal procedures that should be adopted. 19.The contractor must take 100 % safety precautions to those who are working at site. If any fatal accident occurs to the workers during the execution of the work at site, TGGENCO/ KTPS-V stage is not responsible and the any kind of risk is the firm’s responsibility and the firm may take care of it 20.0.01% of the amount shall be deducted from the works bills, as contribution towards Telangana Green Fund (TGF) which is not reimbursable and no provision shall be made in the estimates vide T.G.O.O No.86/CE/C/Thermal/2025,Dt:01.09.2025
