Bidders must submit PAN Card, GSTIN, cancelled cheque, and an EFT Mandate certified by the bank. Pre-dispatch inspection is scheduled for 13 Jun 2026 at the seller’s premises, and post-receipt inspection on 17 Jun 2026 at the unit location. AHSP labs will test samples; if not available, Govt/NABL labs may be used with testing costs borne by the seller.

A 3-year warranty is required from final acceptance or after commissioning. OEM warranties must be submitted at delivery. The bidder must show an established installation, commissioning, training, and maintenance service network across India with nearby service centers.

Items include stainless steel sheet 6.5 mm, iron sheet 4 mm, angle iron 1.5 ft, square pipe, door hinges, locks, welding rods, cutting/grinding blades (5 inch), bulletproof glass, and silicon tube. The scope is supply-only with testing and warranty requirements.

Submit samples for testing at designated AHSP labs; if unavailable, tests may occur at govt/NABL accredited labs. Ensure testing charges for non-designated labs are covered by the seller. Include clear QA certificates and test reports aligned with standard procedures.

The scope is strictly supply of goods including all components listed (metal sheets, hardware, cutting/grinding tools, bulletproof glass, silicone tubes). Installation/commissioning is not explicit but acceptable if included under scope, accompanied by training and maintenance service commitments.

Eligibility requires prior defense-supply experience, valid GST/PAN, demonstrated financial stability, ability to provide OEM warranties, and an established nationwide service network.
