Products must have a minimum total shelf life of 3 months at the time of supply, with at least 2 months of usable shelf life remaining at delivery. This ensures freshness and compliance with govt stock rotation norms for broiler dressed poultry.

The purchaser may increase or decrease the order quantity by up to 25% of the bid quantity at contract placement, and up to 25% during contract currency at contracted rates, with delivery period adjustments based on the formula provided.

Eligibility requires 3 years of govt poultry supply experience, OEM authorization for distributors, ability to prove contract-backed quantities for multiple years, and compliance with GST terms. Bidders must submit these as part of the technical bid along with PAN and GST documents.

Delivery timelines commence from the last date of the original delivery order; if extension occurs, the additional time equals (increased quantity)/(original quantity) × original delivery period, minimum 30 days, and may extend to the original delivery period if required.

GST reimbursement will be as per actuals or the applicable rate, whichever is lower, and will be capped by the quoted GST percentage. Bidders must confirm GST calculations in their bid and provide supporting tax details.

Bidders using authorized distributors/services must furnish an OEM Authorization Form/Certificate with full details: name, designation, address, email, and phone number, clearly linking the OEM to the distributor’s bid submission.
