Submit GST registration, PAN, OEM authorization (for dealers), Manufacturer warranty certificate, ATC copy on letterhead, and any prior DSP/SAIL experience if available. Include financial viability documents as applicable and ensure price is firm till supply completion.

Deliver to Sr. Manager (Receiving stores), Central Stores Dept., DSP, Durgapur-713203. After delivery, GRN must be created in DSP SAP/SRM; submit original hard-copy invoice to DSP for payment docketing. All post-order activities occur on DSP systems.

Manufacturer’s Test & Guarantee/Warranty Certificate must be provided at the time of delivery. Only OEM warranty may be acceptable; ensure the certificate lists the exact product model and coverage terms as per OEM policy.

Any deviation must be clearly stated in Appendix-1 with a bold 'DEVIATION' header. The deviation document must be attached; DSP may reject offers with deviations without further correspondence.

Payment is 100% on GeM terms after delivery and GRN processing. Ensure the GRN is generated on DSP SAP/SRM and submit the hard-copy invoice to the F&A department for payment docketing.

Only the OEM Lotus Wireless Technologies India Private Limited or its authenticated dealers with valid dealership certificates may submit offers. Verify the dealership certificate validity and ensure ATC copy is included as ACCEPTED on company letterhead.

Pricing must be all-inclusive: freight, packing, transit insurance, and any required components. Quote as a single sum that remains firm through completion of supply to DSP, with the 100% GeM payment condition.
