Certificate of Incorporation of the bidder

Declaration Shall Be Provided for Spares & Repair for Next 05 Years from Date of Purchase from the Bidder or OEM on the Letter head.

Declaration Shall be provided for the Model AIO, Laptops and Printers that Is Not Absolute in Market for Next 03 Years from the Bidder or OEM on the Letter head.

Earnest Money Deposit

End user certificate to be submitted by dealer / authorized agent

GST Registration Certificate

Import License if quoted for imported goods

Income Tax Registration Certificates

Malicious Code Certificate by OEM should be submitted.

Manufacturers Authorization Letter as per proforma given in Section-XIII

Manufacturing License

OEM ISO 9001/14001/27001OR 45001 Certification Shall Be Uploaded.

Proof of 50 percent performance Supply order and invoice copiesto be submitted.

Registered Office proof/Rental Agreement in case of the company registered office is Rented.

Service centre details established in Karnataka with working contact numbers of the Bidder

Standard certificates as mentioned in the technical specification or any other certificates required as per the tender document.

Technical Compliance statements

The bidder/OEM should also upload the following certificates which have current validity as per Annexure N
