Violation of any of the above special conditions will make the agency liable for being recommended for demotion to a lower class / suspension of business / removal from approved list as per GOs in vogue

The work is to be executed within Railway land/right of way. The successful agency shall obtain all necessary permissions and coordinate with the Railway authorities before commencement and during the execution of the work.

The entire responsibility for liaison, coordination, compliance with Railway regulations, obtaining all requisite clearances, and executing the work without affecting Railway operations shall rest solely with the contractor.

The contractor shall exercise utmost care to avoid damage to any existing underground or overhead utility services, including electrical, communication, OFC, signalling or other cables.

In the event of any damage to such utilities during execution, the sole responsibility shall lie with the contractor, who shall immediately restore the damaged utility at their own cost in coordination with the concerned department.

No additional payment, compensation, or extension of time shall be entertained on account of delays arising from such coordination, permissions, or restoration of damaged utilities.
