Southern Railway RCCB Procurement IS 12640 Part 1:2008 ISI Marked RCCBs BIS Licensed Bid 2026

Bidders must hold a BIS license for IS 12640 (Part 1):2008 and submit BIS certificate with the bid. Include Material Test Certificate, OEM authorization, GST details, and experience in RCCB supply. Delivery terms hinge on original delivery order date with possible 25% quantity adjustments.

Submit GST registration, PAN, BIM/BIS license for IS 12640 (Part 1):2008, Material Test Certificate, OEM authorization, recent financial statements if requested, and RCCB-specific technical compliance certificates. Include ISI marking proof and supplier experience in similar projects.

Only bidders with valid BIS license for IS 12640 (Part 1):2008 are eligible for bulk orders; BIS certificate must be included with the bid. Ensure RCCB products are ISI marked and compliant with IS 12640 Part 1 standards.

If quantity increases, delivery time extends by (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period, with a minimum 30 days. The purchaser may further extend within the original delivery period after exercising the option clause.

OEM warranty certificates must be submitted at delivery; warranty term follows the specification after final acceptance or installation. The supplier must address rectifications for any breakages per the OEM warranty terms.

Bidders must manage GST; reimbursement is per actuals or applicable rates, whichever is lower, limited to the quoted GST percentage. Southern Railway does not assume GST responsibility beyond the quoted rate.

RCCBs must be ISI marked and IS 12640 (Part 1):2008 compliant; each item should pass Material Test Certificate criteria and be compatible with rail-specific installation and safety standards as per Indian Railways procurement.

Scope is strictly supply of RCCBs (goods only). No installation or services are included unless stated separately in the purchase order; ensure delivery to consignee location per contract terms.
