A comprehensive warranty of 1 YEAR from the date of receipt and acceptance is required. The warranty covers the entire standard scope per contract, with additional assurances beyond normal terms as per BEL GTC. An undertaking confirming compliance must be uploaded.

The delivery is on a Net 10 days basis from receipt and acceptance. The option clause allows quantity variation of up to 25% during contract, with delivery period adjustments calculated against the original schedule.

Bids must show ISO 9001 certification and, for imported items, proof of an Indian office for after-sales service. If OEM is the one providing the product, their ISO 9001 status must be verifiable, and the bid must include the datasheet and BEL-compliant specifications.

The option clause permits a ±25% quantity change at contracted rates during or after contract. Additional time is calculated as (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period, with a minimum 30 days, and may extend to the original delivery period.
