Tender Notice for Procurement Services in TELANGANA

The Bidder should have an experience of supplying the same/similar material to AP/TGGENCO/NTPC or any other power stations/sub-stations/any PSU and shall furnish the documentary evidence such as performance certificates/PO copies of the same/similar material in support of qualifying requirements failing which offers are liable for rejection.

The bidder must be original manufacturer or authorized dealer of reputed standard firm only. Registration certificate for manufacturing in case of manufacturer and Authorized dealer must furnish authorization letter from original manufacturer and the same must be uploaded along with the offer.

Bidder should have valid GST registration and PAN card Copy.

Bidder should submit 6 or 8-digit HSN Code.

Bidder should submit Acceptance of all schedules duly filled and with signature and stamp.

Bidder should submit detailed technical specifications mentioning make and model of quoted material with catalogue if any.

Bidder should submit necessary Drawings, Manufacturing Quality Plan (MQP) & Field Quality Plan(FQP) along with bid and also if found L1 should get approval of Drawings, MQP & FQP in TGGENCO format and get approved from competent authority before manufacturing.

Bidder should provide acceptance to submit Warranty certificates, test certificates and inspection reports for approval before dispatch of material.

The Bidder shall provide warranty for the material for a period of 24 months from the date of commissioning and 18 months from date of supply.

Bidder shall confirm the scope of work is including Supply, Providing of Service Engineer for Supervision of Erection, Testing and Commissioning.

Bidder should provide acceptance for the supplied transformer must be suitable to the existing transformer in terms of technical specifications & physical dimensions and must attend & rectify the errors at free of cost.

Bidder shall provide acceptance for pre-dispatch inspection of Transformer offered with all the charges concerning to factory test and local conveyance and accommodation to TGGENCO Engineers to your account only.

Bidder should accept to provide the initial charging of Transformer at site will be under the supervision of authorized person/persons of the supplier.

Bids submitted with price details in technical documents will be liable for rejection. The prices should be quoted only online.(Optional)

Acceptance to Payment terms: 100% payment will be made after receipt, successful testing, commissioning of equipment.
