A physical bench sample must be provided to the PDA for approval before bulk supply. The sample should reflect the final design, dimensions, color, and logo placement, and must meet PDA color and branding standards as specified in the ATC terms.

The EMD is ₹35,000. Submit via a pledged instrument (CDR/FDR) in favor of the PDA Accounts Officer. Bids without EMD will be rejected, and the instrument must be traceable to a recognized bank.

The option clause allows a 25% increase in quantity at contracted rates. The additional delivery time is calculated as (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period, with a minimum of 30 days.

Benches must bear the Pahalgam Development Authority logo, which will be provided by the authority. Color and finish must be approved by PDA prior to final delivery.

Bids lacking the required sample bench or EMD will be rejected without intimation. Ensure the sample reflects final specifications and is presented for approval before full material supply.
