- Turnover & Capability: Bidder must show positive net worth; minimum average annual turnover for last 3 years as per bid document; turnover verification via audited statements or CA certificate

Terms, Conditions & Eligibility
- EMD: ₹2,34,050
- Option Clause: Up to 25% quantity increase/decrease at contracted rates; extended delivery period calculated as (Additional quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period with a minimum of 30 days
- Net Worth: OEM must have positive net worth as per last audited financials
- Product Certificates: Upload BIS licence, type test certificates, approvals and other required certificates per product spec
- ISO 9001: Required for bidder or OEM
- Material Test Certificate: Must accompany supply; buyer lab will determine acceptance
- Turnover Criteria: Last 3 years’ average turnover as per bid document; if company is <3 years old, turnover is calculated on completed years post-incorporation
- Scope of Supply: Price must include supply, installation, testing, commissioning, operator training, and statutory clearances (if any)
