Open Tender for Procurement Services in TELANGANA

1. The Bidder should have an experience of supplying the same/similar material to AP/TGGENCO/NTPC or any other power stations/sub-stations/any PSU and shall furnish the documentary evidence such as performance certificates/ PO copies of the same/similar material in support of qualifying requirements failing which offers are liable for rejection

2. The bidder shall be original manufacturer or authorized dealer of reputed standard firm only. Registration certificate for manufacturing in case of manufacturer and Authorized dealer must furnish authorization letter from original manufacturer and the same must be uploaded along with the offer

3. The Bidder may visit the site for detailed specifications of the tendered material. Necessary documentation proof shall be submitted. Exemption for the above shall be given in circumstances of producing proofs of having adequate technical capability, previous experience and acceptance that offered material will be suitable to the existing system

4. Bidder should have valid GST registration and PAN card Copy

5. Bidder should submit 6 or 8-digit HSN code

6. Bidder should submit Acceptance of all schedules duly filled and with signature & stamp

7. Bidder shall quote only for the material & specifications of the items mentioned in the Schedule. Bidder should submit make & model offered for the tendered items

8. Bidder should submit detailed technical specifications of each item with catalogue if any

9. Bidder should submit necessary general arrangement drawings (GA) and Manufacturing Quality Plan (MQP) along with bid and also if found L1 should get approval of Drawing & MQP in TGGENCO format and get approved from competent authority before manufacturing

10. Bidder should submit acceptance to submit 1 No sample for approval before bulk supply if found L1

11. Bidder should submit acceptance to submit Material Melt No, material test reports & in process inspection reports before supply of material for approval from competent authority

12. Payment terms: 100% payment will be made after receipt of material at site in good condition

13. Bidder should submit acceptance to provide warranty for the material for a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning or 18 months from date of supply of materials

14. Bidder should submit acceptance that the tendered material shall be tested in accordance with IS standards as per the approved Quality Assurance Plan

15. Bidder should submit acceptance that the deviations from the tender specifications and requirements are clearly mentioned in the schedule-8 with price implications if any, any deviations mentioned in later stage will not be accepted

16. Bids submitted with price details in technical documents will be liable for rejection without intimation. Price should be quoted only in online

17. Bidders who are technically suitable as per tender specification will only be considered.

18. Responsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date, the bid will not only be rejected but the bidder will be BLACKLISTED
