The Tenderer who have quoted less than 25% or equal less of the ECV Should upload Undertaking letter. Format is enclosed. The Tenderer who have quoted more than 25% less of the ECV, has to upload the DD towards ASD, the DD should be drawn after tender notification in favour of Commissioner, GHMC (DD with Correct ASD amount must be uploaded).

Consent Letter (The successful bidder (L1) should supply LED street lights within 7 days from date of LOI if fails awarded work automatically get cancelled). Format is enclosed in the terms and conditions

L1 bidder should be submit the Independent NABL LAB Report at the time of agreement

Manufacturer / Authorized dealer from manufacturing company / The valid registration certificate of Contractor with valid registration certificate of Class-I to Class-III up to 20.00 lakhs works (Electrical), G.O Ms No.21 I & CAD Dept & Electrical Contractors Electrical Grade-A & Grade-B License with Dealership from Manufacturing Company
