The Tenderer who have quoted more than 25% less of the ECV, has to upload the DD towards ASD, the DD should be drawn after tender notification in favour of Commissioner, GHMC (DD with Correct ASD amount must be uploaded).

Consent Letter (The successful bidder (L1) should supply LED street lights within 7 days from date of LOI if fails awarded work automatically get cancelled). Format is enclosed in the terms and conditions

L1 bidder should be submit the Independent NABL LAB Report at the time of agreement
