The Bidder should have an experience of servicing of Rotork/Limit Torque Electrical actuators to AP/TGGENCO, NTPC or from any reputed organizations and shall furnish 2 No of PO copies during last Five years as the documentary evidence for the subjected work Responsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the bid lies with bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a Later date, the bid will not only be rejected but the bidder will be BLACKLISTED.

1.The serviced equipment will be checked for the satisfactory performance within 10 days from the date of completion of servicing, If any deviation/Malfunction observed in the workmanship, the same will be intimated to the firm and the equipment must be re-serviced within 05 days at free of cost. 2.The bidder should produce TIME Sheets and related documents of subject work which is to be carried out during the overhaul before placing the Purchase Order. The Billing should be made on actual quantities only 3.The firm must depute qualified service personnel for the required tasks. 4.Warranty: Serviced actuators shall have a warranty period 60 days. 5.Services must be performed with skill, care, diligence, and in a timely manner, adhering to site requirements. 6.The firm’s Service Engineer is responsible for managing all risk factors and safety measures during work. 7.The firm must arrange insurance for service personnel deputed to KTPS-V&VI Stage during the contract period. 8.The firm is solely responsible for any accidents, damages to equipment, or untoward incidents during the work. TGGENCO will not be liable for personnel safety, material loss, or tools/equipment (T&P) during execution. 9. The firm/contractor representative should be easily available to concerned officers through phone & mail. There should be no delays in communicating with concerned officers 10.All Taxes and Insurances are extra as per TGGENCO Rules and Regulations. 11. Contractor has to follow all rules and labour laws in force. 12.Delivery Period: The work should be commenced and completed during the Unit-10 overhaul period as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge. 13.If there is any loss to the GENCO property due to the negligence of the contractors employed by the contractor, the contractor has to make good the losses assessed by D.E/ I&C/KTPS-V Stage. 14.The work shall be carried out strictly as per the specification and instructions of the TGGENCO Engineers and their entire satisfaction. 15.PENALTY: i). If the contractor has fails to complete the work within the prescribed time, a penalty at the rate of ½ % (half) per cent of the total value of the contract for every week or part thereof limited to maximum of 5% will be imposed on the Specific acceptance of this value should be indicated by the contractor in this quotation. 16.TERMINATION OF CONTRACT: If the work is not progressing to the entire satisfaction of D.E/ I&C /KTPS-V Stage, the C.E/O&M/KTPS-V & VI stages and SE/O&M/KTPS-V Stage may terminate the contract giving 3 days notice. The orders of C.E/O&M/KTPS-V & VI stages are final & binding on the contractor. No dispute will be entertained in this regard. 17.0.01% of the amount shall be deducted from the works bills, as contribution towards Telangana Green Fund (TGF) which is not reimbursable and no provision shall be made in the estimates vide T.G.O.O No.86/CE/C/Thermal/2025,Dt:01.09.2025 18.TGGENCO is no way responsible for any untoward incidents occurred to the labour/Service person while carrying out the work due to not following the normal procedures that should be adopted
