"1) Mandatory documents: a) Copy of PAN Card registered on the name of company/firm/Proprietor and linked to GST registration . b) GST Registration Number along with documentary evidence. For GSTIN holders, the GSTIN should be in the active status and in the name of the firm/contractor. (Those who are not required to be registered under the provisions of GST act should invariably submit a self declaration to the effect). c) Evidence of experience in rewinding of motors ranging from fractional HP to 75HP within TGGENCO d) Self Declaration in the given format has to be submitted on the firm letter head with sign of authorised person along with stamp. "

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1) Any other timely requirements when demanded may be submitted by the contractor. However, the CE/O&M/KTPS-VII Stage reserves right to accept / reject the application of the purchaser who falls short in any of the above aspects based on the accuracy / inaccuracy of the case; and the decision of CE/O&M/KTPS-VII Stage is final in this regard. Any or all the relevant documents shall be produced, whenever demanded. 2) The undersigned reserves the right to alter the above dates; and to reject any (or) all the tenders without assigning any reasons thereof. 3) If any of the above dates happens to be holiday the date may be read as the next working day 4) The rates shall be quoted excluding GST . 5) If the less rates quoted by the firm / contractor are found to be over 25% less than the estimate value, Additional Security Deposit shall be furnished as desired & communicated by TGGENCO, failing which action will be initiated against the respective 6) Regular PO to the successful bidder can be issued only after fulfilling of all the required conditions including payment & acceptance of Security Deposit, Additional Security Deposit etc., 7) If at any stage it is found that the bidder has submitted a false, misleading or incorrect self-declaration, the bid shall be rejected or the contract terminated at the risk and cost of the bidder, without prejudice. The decision of the TGGENCO is final and binding 8) If the successful bidder, after award of work, fails to execute the contract satisfactorily, abandons the work, shows persistent poor performance, or breaches contractual obligations, the TGGENCO shall have the right to forfeit the EMD and/or SD in part or in full. The TGGENCO shall also have the right to debar/blacklist such bidder from participating in the future tenders of entire TGGENCO/ KTPS VII stage for a period as decided by the undersigned. The decision of the undersigned in this regard is final and binding 9) An amount of 0.01% of total billed amount will be deducted towards Telanagana green fund as per G.O.No.86/CE/C/Thermal/2025
