The intending bidder/firm/company should furnish list of Man power, machinery available with them for taking up the work as per section 3

The details in support of qualification criteria as mentioned in para 4.0 below

Technical details containing document with preliminary designs, working methodology in support of their bid as per the bidding document

The joint venture JV of the individual bidders shall be formed prior to the bidding and necessary agreement for having joint venture before bidding should be uploaded.

The individual bidders of joint venture should be Class I Contractor registered in Karnataka PWD/CPWD separately.

All the partners should have achieved in at least two financial years 25percentage of prescribed annual turnover Qualification criteria in the last 5 years i.e 2021-22 to 2025-26

The lead partner shall enter in to a joint venture agreement on Rs. 500 stamp Paper in the prescribed format which shall be concluded prior to bidding and enclosed to the bid document and submit along with the request for bid document.

To qualify for award of this contract each tenderer either individual or JV Partner in his / her name in the last five years 2021-22 to 2025-26 Satisfactorily completed at least 90percentageof contract value as a prime contractor, at least one Lift Irrigation scheme/Tank filling scheme along with Pipe Distribution network involving MS and HDPE / OPVC pipes including Structures for an ICA of 1420 Ha of value not less than Rs. 65.08 Crores

The annual turnover from all classes of civil engineering works should be costing not less than Rs. 173.54 crores, in any of the two financial years during the last five years i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26

The intending Bidder Individual/JV/Tie up partner Should have supplied and successfully commissioned at least 3 numbers of VT pumps with a capacity not less than 0.29 cumecs for each pump with a head not less than 100.0 mtrs in any one year during the last 5 years i.e. from 2021-22 to 2025-26

The intending bidder should have laid and tested minimum quantity of MS Rising Pressure pipe/Gravity pipe system of the work with following diameter of pipes in any one financial year. MS Rising Pressure pipe/Gravity pipe with Inner diameter 690 mm and above for length 6.3 Km for MS Rising Main /Gravity distribution system. last 5 years i.e. from 2021-22 to 2025-26

The intending bidder should have laid and tested minimum quantity of MS Rising Pressure pipe/Gravity pipe system of the work with following diameter of pipes in any one financial year HDPE pipe with outer diameter 160 mm and above for length 57.1 Km for Pressure / Gravity distribution system. last 5 years i.e. from 2021-22 to 2025-26

The intending bidder Individual should have executed in any one year, the following minimum quantities of work during the last 5 years i.e. from 2021-22 to 2025-26. The necessary work done certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of EE and countersigned by the SE of the same circle should be uploaded. 1 Earthwork Excavation 115500 Cum, Reinforced Cement Concrete 7000.00 Cum and Reinforcement steel 800 MT

Bid Capacity Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. Assessed available tender capacity AxNx1.5 - B

Existing commitments and on going works to be completed during the next 1.5 years period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited. The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in-charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent.
