Joint Ventures -The individual bidders of joint venture should be Class I Contractor registered in Kamataka PWD/Central PWD separately. A copy of valid KPWD/CPWD Class I registration certificate of individual bidders of joint venture should be uploaded.
Joint Ventures -All the partners should have achieved in at least two financial years 25 percent of prescribed annual tumover in the last 5 years. i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25.
The intending bidder can submit bids as an Individual bidder along with Tie-up of pump manufacturer. The Tie-up is to be formed prior to the bidding. Tenders from a Tie-up proposed in this bid, the bidder shall upload an agreement with only one pump manufacturer on Rs 200-00 stamp paper in the prescribed format which shall be concluded prior to bidding and enclosed to the bid document. For proof of the Tie up, in the Technical bid, the prescribed format under section 2
Bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least 90 percent of contract value at least one similar nature of work such as Construction of Bridge cum Barrage Minimum Barrage length of 140m and Construction of Lift Irrigation scheme costing not less than Rs.1268.82 Lakhs i.e., not less than 50percent of the amount put to tender on turnkey basis in the last five years i.e., from 2020-21 to 2024-25. The work done certificate shall be issued by an officer not below the rank of EE
Bidder should have executed a minimum quantity of following specific items of work in anyone financial year, during the last five FY reckoned back from 2024-25. Certificate should be obtained from an officer not below the rank of EE of the concerned Division and countersigned by the SE of the concerned Circle. i.e, Earthwork Excavation/ Embankment or both put together 20355 Cum, Reinforced Cement Concrete M-15 Grade and above 6072 Cum, Reinforcement steel 327 MT, Structural steel 18 MT.
The intending bidder in his/its name should have In the last 5 years i.e., 2020-21to 2024-25 achieved in at least 2 financial years, a minimum financial turnover of Rs.3383.52 Lakhs usually not less than two times the estimated annual payments under this contract. The turnover prior to FY 2024-25 will be updated to the Present Price Level by giving weight age of 10 percent each year.
The Intending Bidder should furnish liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 761.29 Lakhs from any Nationalized / scheduled bank Credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. A format attached in the page Number 31 of Bid Document.
2Numbers of VT pumps with a capacity flow rate not less than 0.15 cumecs for each pump with a head not less than 50 m for each pump during the last 5 years i.e., from 2020-21 to 2024-25. The necessary work done certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of EE and countersigned by the SE of the same circle should be uploaded.
bidder should have laid and tested minimum quantity of MS rising pressure pipe system of the work with following diameter of pipes in any one FY, during the last 5 FY i.e., from 2020-21 to 2024-25 Certificate should be obtained from an officer not below the rank of EE of concerned division and counter signed by the S.E. of the concerned Circle or equivalent in case of other Government Undertaking within India. M.S. pipe with inner diameter not less than 500 mm for length 3.39 Km
Each tenderer should demonstrate availability of few key equipments/machinery for execution of the work Concrete mixer-3 Nos 2 Own/1 Hire/Lease, Tipper-6 Nos 3 Own/3 Hire/Lease, Transit Mixer-2 Nos 1 Own/1 Hire/Lease, Vibrating road roller-1 Nos 1 Own, Excavator 3 Nos 2 Own/1 Hire/Lease, Water tanker-2 Nos 2 Hire/Lease, CRANE- Capacity 20 Tonnes above-1 Nos 1Own.
The tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value the available tender Capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender Capacity is equal to AxNx1.5-B
The Bidder/Tie up partner shall not be under Corporate Debt Restructuring CDR / Strategic Debt Restructuring SDR or Bureau of Industrial and Financial Reconstruction BIFR in the last 5 Years prior to bid submission date. In this regard, the Bidder shall submit along with Bid, a certificate from their Statutory Auditor with a declaration that, the Bidder is not under CDR / SDR or BIFR.
