The EMD amount is ₹130,222. Submit proof of payment with the bid; ensure compliance with all documentation requirements including GST, PAN, ISO 9001, and FSSAI licence.

A 1-year warranty from final acceptance or after commissioning is required. OEM warranty certificates must accompany delivery; bidders must demonstrate an established service network in India for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Packing size must be specified per item, with clear labeling as per IS 2443; packing marks and form/type of cardamom must align with tender terms; ensure hygienic packaging and traceability on all spice items.

Provide a current FSSAI licence with expiry date. The supplier must ensure GMP compliance and hygienic standards per FSSAI regulations; include the licence copy in the bid submission and offer to provide updated licences if renewed.
