Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders. 

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

The employer is not responsible for any delay in accessing E Procurement Portal.

The EMD & Tender processing fee shall be paid through e procurement portal only using any of the four modes. a)Credit Card, b)Direct debit using internet banking, c)NEFT (National electronic fund transfer) d)OTC (Over the counter using bank challan).

Bank Guarantee will not be acceptable for EMD, EMD should be paid as specified in the e-Procurement schedule.

The University of Mysore reserves the rights to Reject or accept any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons.

The quoted price should be inclusive of all types of taxes (GST, Service Tax. VAT, Sales Tax), customs duty, clearance charges, transportation, erecting (commission), excise duty etc., and all incidental charges.

Liquated Damages subject to GCC Clause 24, if the Supplier falls to deliver any or all of the Goods or to perform the Services within the period(s) specified in the Contact, the purchaser shall, without prejudice to its other remedies under the Contract, deduct from the Contract price, as liquidated damages, a sum equivalent to 0.5% of the delivered price of the delayed Goods or upper formed Services for each week or part thereof of delay until actual delivery of performance, up to a maximum deduction of 100% of the Contract Price. Once the maximum is reached, the Purchaser may consider termination of the Contract pursuant to GCC Clause 23.

Self Declaration stating the firm is not black listed with any Govt/Quasi Govt, organizations will not supply Refurbished items in Rs.200/- non judicial e stamp paper.
