Ensure the installation team has authorized accreditation and provides user training on the machine’s operation and data handling.

EMD is ₹35,000. Exemption is available for bidders registered under MSME/NSIC with valid exemption certificates. Ensure to attach the exemption certificate with bid submission; otherwise, the EMD must be paid to participate.

Mandatory items include Make in India authorization certificate and OEM/Manufacturer Authorization for distributors. Data Sheet must align with the offered model, and a Malicious Code Certificate is required to certify no embedded malware within hardware or software.

The Data Sheet submitted must precisely match the offered Real Time PCR Machine’s specifications. The product should have at least 2 years residual market life and must not be declared end-of-life by the OEM before this period; any mismatch risks bid rejection.
