Co-Operative Audit Officer, Karimnagar. d) No. of members of society with proof. 8) All participate bidder shall pay

12.36% of service tax towards transaction fee at the time of bid submission in online to M/s C1 India Private Limited, and the successful bidder shall pay

0.04% of ECV towards carpus fund in the form of DD payable to the Managing Director, A.P.T.S., Hyderabad at the time of concluding agreement and hand over same to the Executive Engineer(R&B), Division, Jagtial. 9) Copy of Contractors valid Registration under appropriate Class with Government of Telangana State. 10) In case of proprietary partnership firm it is necessary to furnish the certificate mentioned above for the proprietor and for each of the partners as the case may be. 11) Submission of Bids: The bidders who desire to participate in?e? procurement shall submit their technical bids, price bids etc., through online in the standard formats prescribed in the tender documents, displayed at e market place. Even while execution of the work, if found that the contractor had produced false / fake certificates of experience he will be black listed and the contract will be terminated
