Concession will be allowed to the Labour contract Societies and individuals belonging to SC/ST/Wadderas strictly in accordance with GO Ms. No. 59 I&CAD (Reforms) Department, dt: 21-05-2018. a) List of works for which the society has executed in all departments during two years along with their value and result of work execution with counter signature of concerned department. b) Details of works on ground indicating the date of allotment/agreement progress as per agreement, actual progress etc., from the concern department. c) Society Audit certificate to the Labour Contract Co-Operative Societies as per RC No. 415/2011/A, dt: 30-03-2012 of Dist. Co-Operative Audit Officer, Karimnagar. d) No. of members of society with proof. 8) All participate bidder shall pay

12.36% of service tax towards transaction fee at the time of bid submission in online to M/s C1 India Private Limited, and the successful bidder shall pay

0.04% of ECV towards carpus fund in the form of DD payable to the Managing Director, A.P.T.S., Hyderabad at the time of concluding agreement and hand over same to the Executive Engineer(R&B), Division, Jagtial. 9) Copy of Contractors valid Registration under appropriate Class with Government of Telangana State. 10) In case of proprietary partnership firm it is necessary to furnish the certificate mentioned above for the proprietor and for each of the partners as the case may be. 11) Submission of Bids: The bidders who desire to participate in?e? procurement shall submit their technical bids, price bids etc., through online in the standard formats prescribed in the tender documents, displayed at e market place. The procedure for submission of bid is explained in the tender document. 12) The bidder shall authenticate the bid with his digital certificate for submitting the Bid electronically on e-procurement platform and the bids not authenticated by the digital certificate of the bidder will not be accepted on the e-procurement platform. 13) The tenderer is subjected to be black listed and the EMD forfeited if he is found to have misled or furnished false information in the forms / statements / certificates submitted in proof of qualification requirements or record of performance such as abandoning of work not properly completed in earlier contracts, inordinate delays in completion of the works, litigation history and / or financial failures and / or participated in the previous tendering for the same work and had quoted unreasonable high bid prices. Even while execution of the work, if found that the contractor had produced false / fake certificates of experience he will be black listed and the contract will be terminated
