Indian Army Udhampor Rate Contract for Oxcarbazepine, Carbamazepine, Baclofen and Related Pharmaceuticals 2026

Bidders must meet eligibility criteria including 3 years govt/PSU supply experience, non-obsolete product lifecycle, and provide PAN, GSTIN, canceled cheque, and EFT authorization. Ensure shelf life at least 5/6th on receipt, and include OEM authorizations. Submit technical bid with product certifications and prior contract copies for each year.

Required documents include PAN Card, GSTIN, cancelled cheque, EFT Mandate, experience certificates showing govt/PSU supply, OEM authorization, and technical bid documents. Ensure GST compliance and annual turnover evidence where requested, plus contract copies demonstrating three years of similar procurement.

All items must have a usable shelf life of at least 5/6th at the time of supply receipt. The balance shelf life should be verifiable on delivery, ensuring no item is close to end-of-life before acceptance by the Indian Army.

Demurrage is charged at 0.5% of total contract value per day for items not lifted within 48 hours; if unlifted for a month, the items may be destroyed and no claim admitted. Extensions may be granted only in extreme cases with LD applicable.

The list includes Oxcarbazepine 150 mg tablets, Carbamazepine 200 mg tablets, Baclofen 10 mg tablets, Budesonide 1 mg Respules, Acebrophylline 100 mg tablets, Azathioprine 50 mg tablets, Cyclosporine A micro emulsion 25 mg caps, Letrozole 2.5 mg tablets, Anastrazole 1 mg tablets, Levodopa 250 mg with Carbidopa 25 mg tablets, and Levodopa 100 mg with Carbidopa 25 mg tablets.

GST reimbursement is not fixed; it will be reimbursed as actuals or at the applicable rate, whichever is lower, and the bidder must incorporate expected taxes into the quoted basic rate. No separate tax payments will be made by the Buyer.

Bidders or OEMs must have supplied the same or similar category products to Central/State Govt/PSU for at least 3 years before bid opening, with copies of contracts showing quantity delivered in each year.

Products offered must not be declared end-of-life by the OEM during the relevant period; they must retain a minimum residual market life of three years, supported by contract evidence with government bodies.
