Delivery terms follow the option clause with up to 25% quantity variation; initial delivery period plus a minimum 30 days extension; final dates provided in AtC after bid award.

GST handling is bidder’s responsibility; reimbursement may be at actuals or applicable rates (whichever lower) based on quoted GST; contract terms will detail payment milestones and AMC if offered.

If imported, OEM or authorized seller must have India-based after-sales support; provide certificate confirming registered India office and service capability; ISI or equivalent certification may be required per tender.
