Bidders must supply imported Synchronoscope, Timer Unit, Alarm Sounder with LED beacon, Ammeter, KW Meter, and Freon Gas, with authentic sourcing documents. Ensure items manufactured by 2025 or earlier, with minimum 1-year shelf life. Pre-bid compatibility checks at ICG C-401 Mundra and final acceptance by the Commanding Officer are required.

Submit GST certificate, PAN, experience certificates for maritime electrical supplies, financial statements, EMD documentation, OEM authorisations, and technical bid certificates. Include import/source documents for all items and evidence of manufacture year ≤ 2025, plus ship-compatibility proof.

Freon gas must be delivered within 7 days of GeM contract award; supplier should provide supply chain documentation and ensure compatibility with onboard systems. Gas should meet relevant maritime safety handling standards and be delivered to Mundra facility as per inspection plan.

Compatibility tests must be performed at ICG C-401 in Mundra prior to final acceptance. The final inspection authority is The Commanding Officer, ICG C-401, who verifies functioning of Synchronoscope, Timer Unit, Alarm Sounder, LED beacon, Ammeters, KW Meter onboard.

All items must be manufactured no later than 2025. Suppliers should provide certification/brand documentation proving the manufacture year, alongside genuine authorisation from the OEM and import documents for verification.

Shelf life must be a minimum of 1 year at the date of delivery, with at least 12 months of usable life remaining. Bidders should certify remaining shelf life in the technical bid and provide supplier warranties where applicable.

Final acceptance is conducted by The Commanding Officer, ICG C-401, Mundra. The officer conducts onboard compatibility checks and ensures items meet the tender’s import and shelf-life criteria before inspection clearance.

Items must be compatibly tested at ICG C-401 WEST PORT, APSEZ LTD, MUNDRA, GUJARAT. The delivery and inspection schedule revolve around Mundra port facilities and associated onboard verification activities.
