Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder.

The agency shall furnish affidavit stating that existing commitments furnished by him are true. If found falls action shall be taken as per rules.

The bidder shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of each tender and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs. The department is not responsible for any delay in accessing KPP portal

As per Karnataka State Government order No.LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore Dated 01.01.2007 and Government Letter No.PW/134/BMS/2007 Dated 27.7.2007, a sum amounting to 1%of the bill amount will be deducted towards Construction Labour Welfare fund

The Tenderer shall obtain the required work done certificates from the Competent Authority. And scan the original certificates and attach the eprocurement scanned file to the bid. The Original Certificate/certificates shall be produced at the time of opening of technical bids for physical verification

All materials required for this work shall be procured by the bidder himself and should got tested by the competent authorities at his own cost before use on the work.

The KPWD Code, KTTP Act/ Rules, Delegation of powers and other Government orders issued by Government from time to time will apply.

Financial turn over and Financial commitments of previous years shall be given weight age of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of 2026-27 in the technical qualification criteria

All necessary arrangements shall be made and precaution taken to prevent completely or partially, damage to the structure or labours / employees during construction period. (As per recent Labour Act) Contractor shall be fully responsible for any damage to the structure during the construction and maintenance period. Any damage caused due to any reasons shall be rectified / replaced at his own cost as per the direction of Engineer in charge. Nothing shall be payable by the Department on account of inclusive of all sucharrangements/ precautions work needed.

The quoted rate should be inclusive of GST and all other taxes. GST Will not paid separately

Liquid Damages(LD) 0.01% per day and max 10% as per KTTP Act 3 of 14 eprocurement

DLP one year from the date of the completion of work. Condition 27 Services should be as per the manufacture of the product

PROOF OF CONCEPT (PoC) Certificate obtained from Departement

Work done certificate / Supply order/Supply Invoice to any Govt Organisation or Semi Government or any Government under taking agencies

5%Security deposit in terms of B.G/F.D.R should be submitted at the time of Aggrement

ISO Certificate 9001:2015 documents must be upload.
