Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.
EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

As per Karnataka State Government order No.LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore Dated 01.01.2007 and Government Letter No.PW/134/BMS/2007 Dated 27.7.2007, a sum amounting to 1%of the bill amount will be deducted towards Construction Labour Welfare fund

Financial Year will be reckoned as the period between first day of April and Thirty first day of March of succeeding year. (both days inclusive)
The Tenderer shall obtain the required work done certificates from the Competent Authority. And scan the original certificates and attach the eprocurement scanned file to the bid. The Original Certificate/certificates shall be produced at the time of opening of technical bids for physical verification
The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of KPPP portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end

All materials required for this work shall be procured by the bidder himself and should got tested by the competent authorities at his own cost before use on the work. Condition
The KPWD Code, KTTP Act/ Rules, Delegation of powers and other Government orders issued by Government from time to time will apply.
If the office happens to be closed on the dates notified, next working day will holds good
Contractor should follow strictly the prevailing rules of labour act and applicable any law as concerned.
Any dispute or difference or claim arising out of, or in connection with, or relating to the present contract or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof shall be referred and settled under the Arbitration Centre - Karnataka (Domestic & International) Rules 2012, by one or more arbitrators appointed in accordance with its rules
Contractor should follow strictly the prevailing rules of labour act and applicable any other law as concerned to work. In case of any mishap, accidents are cause of death it is the duty of the contractor to settle the dispute at is own cost. In no way department is held responsible.
Financial turn over and Financial commitments of previous years shall be given weight age of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of 2026-27 in the technical qualification criteria
All necessary arrangements shall be made and precaution taken to prevent completely or partially, damage to the structure or labours / employees during construction period. (As per recent Labour Act) Contractor shall be fully responsible for any damage to the structure during the construction and maintenance period. Any damage caused due to any reasons shall be rectified / replaced at his own cost as per the direction of Engineer in charge. Nothing shall be payable by the Department on account of inclusive of all such arrangements/ precautions work needed.
The quoted rate should be inclusive of GST and all other taxes. GST Will not paid separately.
Liquid Damages(LD) 0.01% per day and max 10% as per KTTP Act 3 of 14 eprocurement
DLP one year from the date of the completion of work.
Services should be as per the manufacture of the product.
