Tender Notice for Procurement Services in HYDERABAD, TELANGANA

For the works costing upto Rs.10.00 lakhs Class-V & IV registration of GHMC and Class-III and above Registration of any of the other departments. For the works costing more than Rs.10.00 lakhs Clas-IV registration of GHMC and Class-III and above Registration of any of the other departments. 1) Special Condition for above works, the bidders who have quoted more then 25% less, shall invariably upload the ASD in the shape of DD in favour of Commissioner, GHMC along with the tender, failing which their tender will not be considered. 2) It is noticed that the Contractors are uploading the DD?s, which are in irregular manner, hence all the agencies should scan and upload the DD?s separately for each work, failing which their tender will not be considered. 3) resolution of Standing Committee, GHMC, resolution No.453, wherein, the Collection of additional bank guarantees from Contractors and labour Contractor, Co-operative societies (LCCS) formed with SC, ST & Wadderas are allotted more than 4 works has been approved subject to the following conditions. i) To implement the G.O.Ms.No.475, Dt.28-08-2008 strictly, duly following the concessions by the Government. ii) ) Limited total ceilings of two works for each society. iii) ) liquidity shall be observed. 4) Price adjustment for increase or decrease in the cost of cement & Steel procured by the Contractor shall be paid in Accordance with G.O.Ms.No.114 of T R&B Dept., Dt.16-04-2008 5) Price adjustment for increase or decrease in the cost of BT procured by the Contractor shall be paid in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.252 of TR & B (R1) Dept., Dt.28-08-2008 6) For the CC road works RMC has to be procured from the authorised plants of the GHMC as per the Circular of the Chief Engineer, GHMC. 7) The Tenderer shall furnish, Earnest Money Deposit equivalent to 1% of ECV in the shape of DD obtained from a Nationalized Bank/Scheduled Commercial Bank valid from the date of NIT. 8) All tenderers should submit VAT registration. The above said works at Sl.No.1 & 2 are very urgent, should be completed before 15th August.
