Submit GST registration, PAN, experience certificates for similar battery supply, financial statements, Material Test Certificate, BIS licence/type test certificates, OEM authorizations, and all certificates listed in ATC. Non-submission leads to bid rejection.

Bidders must provide Lead Acid Batteries with Tubular Positive Plates in Monobloc Container (V2) conforming to IS 13369 (Q3); supply must meet C10 capacity per IS 13369 and nominal voltage as specified in the standard; material test and BIS/type-test certificates required.

Warranty is 4 years from final acceptance. Delivery to TPJ/SRM depot with option clause allowing up to 25% quantity variation; extended delivery period calculated per formula, minimum 30 days, subject to contract terms.

Liquidated damages apply for delays; if goods are not supplied as per contract, damages equal to the security deposit for the defaulted order amount may be recovered, per terms and conditions.

Mandatory certificates include BIS licence, type test certificate, Material Test Certificate, OEM authorizations, and other certificates as prescribed in the Product Specification and ATC; missing certificates risk bid rejection.

If the quantity changes by up to 25%, the new delivery period is calculated as (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period, with a minimum extension of 30 days, and may be extended within contract limits.
