986.00 (Excluding provisions) and for a quantity of 9,942.00 Sqm (50% of BOQ quantity 19,883 Sqm) in any one year during the last five financial years i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26 or up to tender availability date in State/Central Govt., or State/ Central PSU in India, as a prime contractor. d)The bidder should upload only experience certificates in respect of execution of similar works i.e., Painting to Structural Steel/Civil Structures of value not less than required amount as per NIT, certified by concerned departmental Engineer of the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent and counter signed by concerned Superintending Engineer or equivalent. The experience certificates should clearly indicate financial year wise break up for value of work done along with quantities of various items as mentioned above. Experience certificates without these details will not be accepted and the tender will be considered as incomplete. P.O/Work Order/LOI/Agreement Copies will not be considered towards experience in execution of similar works. e)Sub-Contract firms/individuals are not eligible for participation of tender. Responsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date, the bid will not only be rejected but also the bidder will be BLACKLISTED. The tenderer is liable to be disqualified, if he is found to have mislead or furnished false information in the forms/Statements/Certificates submitted in proof of qualification requirements and record of performance such as abandoning of work, not properly completing of earlier contracts, inordinate delay in completion of works, litigation history, financial failures and or participated in the previous tendering for the same work and has quoted unreasonable high price etc. Even while executing the work, if found that the contractor had produced false/fake certificates, he will be black listed and the contract will be terminated and his Bid security will be forfeited and work will be carried out through other agency at his cost and risk. The tenderer shall furnish the declaration that: 1)They have not been black listed in any department due to any reasons. 2)They have not been demoted to lower category in any department for not filing the tenders after buying the tender schedules in a whole year and their registration had not been cancelled for a similar default in two consecutive years. 3)They will agree to get disqualified themselves for any wrong declaration in respect of the above and get their tender summarily rejected. The soft copies uploaded by them are genuine. Any incorrectness /deviation noticed can be viewed seriously and apart from canceling the work duly forfeiting the bid security, criminal action can be initiated including suspension of business and/ or black listing.
