Tender Notice for Procurement Services in BHADRADRI KOTHAGUDEM, TELANGANA

a) Registration: The bidder should be registered as Class-III or above civil contractors in State/Central Govt or State/Central PSU (or) firm having Certificate of Incorporation issued by the State/Central Governments. Registration under process shall not be accepted. b) Similar Works: The bidder should have experience in the following similar nature of works of value not less than Rs.83 Lakhs in any one year during the last five financial years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 or up to tender availability date, in State/Central Govt or State/Central PSUs. i) Painting the structural steel members to Hydraulic structures like spillway gates/ crest gates/hoists/lifting beams/stop logs/trash rack etc. (or) Painting to Structural steel members in Industrial buildings/ Thermal Power Plants/ Hydel Power Plants (and) ii) Supply & fixing of wire ropes and rubber seals to the radial crest gates/ spillway gates c) Prime Quantities: The bidder should have experience in execution of following minimum prime quantity in any one year during the last five financial years, 2021-22 to 2025-26 in State/Central Govt or State/Central PSUs. i) Painting to Hydraulic structures like spillway gates/ crest gates/hoists/lifting beams/stop logs/trash rack etc.: 6120 Sqm. ii) Supply & fixing of wire rope: 1000 mts. The experience in execution of similar works/ prime quantities as a prime contractor in State/ Central Govt or State/ Central PSUs will only be considered. Experience of works executed other than above will not be considered. The bidder should upload only experience certificates in respect of execution of ‘Painting the structural steel members to Hydraulic structures like spillway gates/ crest gates/hoists/lifting beams/stop logs/trash rack etc. (or) Painting to Structural steel members in Industrial buildings/ Thermal Power Plants/ Hydel Power Plants and Supply & fixing of wire ropes and rubber seals to the radial crest gates/ spillway gates certified by concerned departmental engineer of the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent and counter signed by concerned Superintending Engineer or equivalent. The experience certificates should clearly indicate financial year wise break up for value of work done along with quantities of various items in similar nature of works as mentioned above. Experience certificates without these details will not be accepted and the tender will be considered as incomplete. P.O/Work Order/LOI/Agreement Copies will not be considered towards experience in execution of similar nature of works. The bidder shall deploy the total equipment necessary within 15 days from the date of Letter of Intent. d. Financial Requirement: i) Annual Turnover: The Bidder shall have average annual gross turnover equivalent of Rs.83.00 Lakhs (Rupees Eighty Three Lakh only) in any one year during the last five financial years, i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 in State/Central Govt, State or Central PSU etc., A certificate by registered Chartered Accountant/ Statutory Auditor of the company shall be uploaded. ii) Liquid asset/credit facilities/Solvency certificate: Liquid asset/credit facilities/Solvency certificate (not older than 12 months from the date of availability of tender specification on e-procurement platform) issued by any Indian Nationalized Bank/ Reputed scheduled bank of value Rs.83.00 Lakhs . (Rupees Eighty Three Lakh only) shall be uploaded. iii) Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR): The bidders who have applied for/availed Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) in the last five (5) financial years 2021-22 to 2025-26 are not eligible to participate in the bid. In this regard, a certificate by registered Chartered Accountant/ Statutory auditor of the company shall be uploaded. The certificate issued by the registered Chartered Accountant/ Statutory auditor of the company shall be in the current financial year. The statement showing the value of existing commitments and ongoing works if any as well as the stipulated period for completion of the remaining work for each of works listed, issued by the Engineer-in-charge or equivalent of the concerned department shall be uploaded, and the bidder shall furnish the particulars invariably in the same format failing which the tender shall be treated as incomplete and summarily rejected. Responsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with bidder.
